Massage Envy

I have just paid off my yearly membership with Massage Envy and will not be going back for another year of torture with these people. First of all the customer service leaves a lot to be desired, the high school dropouts that they hire to work the front desk, they have no people skills whatsoever. The so-called manager Shawn has trained his little minions to call people and harass them even after a paying customer has sent multiple written notice to put the account on hold. and continually go into checking accounts withdrawing monies that do not belong to them. I am in the process of sueing Massage Envy because they have drained my checking account unlawfully. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBERS THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!

I cannot tell you how difficult it is to work with them, and them we get to the limp wristed massages that aren't worth wasting your time with, these people are in for the money and do not care about their patients.
