        Most of the workers involved with education do not meet the individual needs of each child. They only perform the minimum and do not implement strategies to address each child's learning path effectively nor do they have the interest of improving in any important aspect. The special educational program is disappointing and do not have any helpful resources to improve students' abilities. I expressed my concerns to the members and was shunned for being outspoken and my feedback was not considered.
