First Emperor Barbecue Chinese Restaurant

Wonderful Restaurant!!! Menu is crazy---so many choices! We stumbled upon this "diamond" last Sunday by mistake, and after eating, we are making it one of our "have to restaurants" in the Dallas area! We stayed at the Marriott Courtyard on South Sherman in Richardson, TX and were driving around when we saw this small eatery and decided to give it a chance. Honestly, it was a Sunday afternoon around 3 p.m., there were a few cars in front of it, and we thought we'd try it out. Once we entered, there was no one in the dining room. My husband and I discussed if we should even stay, but decided to because we had just checked into our room and were tired due to travel. Best Food Ever!! We ordered the Shrimp Spring Rolls, Scallion Crisp appetizers, Ginger Chicken, and Beef Broccoli. We played it safe due to the fact that we had never eaten there before,,,but after returning home and seeing all of the reviews on this restaurant...we're gonna dive in next time and enjoy ourselves!!!

They cook the food fresh daily. I have eaten there literally hundreds of times in the last 4 years and always consistently delicious.

I walked into this restaurant 3 years ago and still find the food delicious. It is owned and operated by a husband/wife team and they do an amazing job of taking care of customers and making wonderful chinese dishes. You can't go wrong.

Highly reccomend it!!!! One of the best Chinese restaurants in Dallas. The place to have the best duck and best roast pork in Dallas!! Juicy and Flavory. Other menus are great as well! The price is great!

I have been going to this restaurant since I was little, and I still continue to be a happy returning customer. You can't find another chinese restaurant in Dallas with the best wonton soup, chinese bbq, lo mein and rice dishes around. This place only takes cash, so be prepared with money. During lunch, they also combine tables like traditional chinese places so you may have some company on your table if it's not full.
