Pho So 1

Excellent pho. Clean interior (which can be an issue with some Pho places). Off the main drag of Broadway but worth the effort to find.

When I moved to Richmond 8 years ago, i immediately wanted to find a "hole in the wall" place like I was used to back home. This is the place. After shutting down at their prior location for an expansion. I was left with no choice but to try out some other places. Nothing compared to the immediate service and authenticity of Pho So 1. I then moved 45 minutes across town but still make the trip as much as I can to go to my favorite (and ironically least expensive) restaurant in Richmond. Please don't mistake this for Vietnam 1 which is at the crossing of Horsepen and Broad, they suck, you have to turn onto Horsepen and turn right at the Full Key Chinese restaurant. It's hidden but its worth finding!
