Riverdale Appliance Repair

Poor customer service. Person answering the phone was RUDE!!!! They charge a service fee of $60 while others are charging $45 and below. Please do not use this company. There are other repair places in the area that will provide you better services for your money.

Poor Customer Service/Totally Unprofessional. I was scheduled for a 12-2p appointment and they never showed up. Called in to get an update @ 2:30p and talked to two separate people who promised me a manager would call and never heard from anyone. I continued to call every 15 minutes from 3:30 to 5p and the phone just kept ringing. Mind you they took a $50 upfront payment just to come out...and never came or never received a call!
