Great mani and pedi from Tommy. Ask for him. Negative reviews elsewhere which seem to be directed toward an older female tech who now has dementia. She now has limited responsibility like folding towels. Don't let that keep you from trying this place out. Best tech is Tommy. The shop is located in an easy-in/out spot, and with any appointment, I've never, ever had to wait.

I have been to this place many times and have never had a fabulous experience but their prices are fairly reasonable so I usually go back. This past weekend, however, I went and had the worst experience ever! The lady did not even speak to me while doing my nails, even when I asked for something she would not even acknowledge me. I asked for french on my toes and fingers with a design on both. I ended up leaving with a horrible french on my toes with no design and orange polish on my nails with also no design. They wouldn't remove the callus on my feet because I only had one and my feet "didn't need it" (she wouldn't even talk to me, we had to have a translator). She told me I would get my design later and then told me it was too late when I asked again. She used the top coat on my nails before the white was dry and so it smeared all over my nail and she tried to make me keep it like that, eventually a man came and told her to redo it and then she did it again. He ended up coming back and doing my nails again and told me I couldn't have a french because my nails were too short so I had to pick a color. I asked for a design and he said "too late, I can't do it now". It has been 2 days since I had this done and both my toes and finger nails have chipped. I will never go back here again. Oh, and they also didn't give me any discount since the service was horrible and it took them almost 2 hours to do a mani-pedi, I paid full price for everything.
