Rancho Viejo

I visited this restaurant on July 4th and everyone in my group decided to get the buffet. The buffet was very good.. the food was hot, fresh and well seasoned.. BUT they upcharged the buffet price because it was a HOLIDAY!!! The buffet wasnt worth $10.99 not even with a drink! The price should remain the same if its a holiday or at least inform customers beforehand. There wasnt a warning or indication from the staff or our sub-par waitress. I hope the service better during regular work week because our waitress never came to refill our drinks and we had to ask for our check... it was obvious she did not want to be there. Our visit was on 7/4/16 @ 12:30pm.

Busy sit-down Mexican restaurant on Route 419/Electric Road in Roanoke County, very close to the Tanglewood Mall, about 4.5 miles SSW of downtown Roanoke. Attractive decor. Good food, but a bit more expensive than the El Rodeo and El Toreo family of restaurants, although still very reasonable.
