East Ridge Diner & Steakhouse

IF THERE WAS A ZERO, I WOULD HAVE LISTED THIS RESTARAUNT AS A ZERO!!!!! We have attended this restaurant since it opened & have been more than pleased -UNTIL TODAY!!! I called in advance to have 2 sloppy plates to-go, waiting for me @ 4:15PM. I requested mac salad & baked beans with 2 cheeseburgers - very easy, no big deal. I showed @ 4:29PM & it wasn't waiting for me. The staff made no apologies & would not look me in the eyes. I waited 5 minutes & left - I had a 5:00PM appointment IN Henrietta & couldn't wait any longer. The owner called my home phone & asked why I didn't pick up my order. I explained my disappointment in the situation & the owner told me to NEVER VISIT THEIR ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN. The owner stated that it wasn't fair that he had to absorb the loss because his waitress made a mistake; then he hung up on me! WHAT???????? The client relationship policy of this restaurant is to kick out patrons that bring to light an error? To refuse a patron's business & hang up - this is good business? I will abide by the owners rude personality & attend the other East Ridge Family Restaurant just a few miles down the street - At least the original EAST RIDGE FAMILY RESTAURANT has an excellent good client relationship policy!

Excellent menu choices, fast friendly service, clean dining area and restroom...I was a bit cold sitting directly beneath the a/c vent...
