New Chinatown

The food is good, but what I found on the receipt I received was my full credit card number, my name & the exp. date. If I would have forgot the receipt dropped it etc. anybody could have use it. That's why I gave only one star. This is now illegal, only the last 4 digits should be shown.

The only other time I've ever written a review on any establishment was on Amazon. When I received the worst customer service experience ever. This, however, is the opposite. New Chinatown in Rochester, NY is the best chinese food in the area in my opinion. The food is always prepared the way I ask, I have allergies so I'm pretty detailed (picky). This soon found itself the only place I ordered from and I began to order quite frequently, as well as recommend it to others.Today, I placed an order online. Specifically asking for white rice because the fried rice had eggs. I walked to the restaurant which took me 20 minutes, from work on my lunch break then walked back. I then opened the bag to find that there was fried rice in it. I was upset because it mixed with the chicken and if I ate the combination I would have to go to the hospital. I called New Chinatown and explained my situation. The lady quickly apologized and offered to make me a new batch, I told her I was unable to come pick it up because I was at work and I didn't get out until 6. She said I could come by after work and pick it up. Much to my surprise 15 minutes later she showed up at my work and dropped off my order at no charge. So, I would like to thank you and with that, the service from this place is exceptional and this place still remains among my favorite places to get chinese food.
