        I've been going to this store for almost four years now. The staff is always friendly and helpful - they know their stuff! Recently I left a notebook by mistake. I went back to the store four days later (the store isn't close by and the weather was not good) and they had kept the notebook! Great consideration and respect! Thanks Rock Hill store!

        Horrible Service

        All I wanted to do at this store was to purchase an I-phone. Nothing too hard or complicated for the morons who call themselves customer service associates. I was told four different times they would have the phone in and they would call me. They never did of course. The last time I went in, I gave my number to an associate to call me. One hour later I was back in the store and he had no clue who we were. What is the point of this store even being here. obviously intelligence from the staff is too much to ask for. The only qualities they have are laziness, stupidity, lack of common sense. I am more than happy to take my money to another store in another state even if I have to use the extra gas to get there.
