Riverwalk Dental

My Child was seen by Dr. Souri couple weeks ago and I was so disapointed with the service. He bearly cleaned the kids teeth, skippped every other one. On top of that it only took him 4 minutes to do the Check up and cleaning. That was the fastest cleaning done on Earth. They charge insurance for all those fees and thats what kind of serive I get?? Deffinately will not Recommend anyone there!!! The Office Manager was very rude!! she did not want to give me a copy of my insurance benefits, she told me I can get them online.She made it look like she didnt want to waste ink on making an extra copy. Thats not a Good Coustomer service. On top of that there were so many patients booked at the same time and I seen them all coming in and out in 5 minutes ! Thats Crazy!!. Pateints booked on top of another. I hope that someone can read this and stop them from choosing that dental Office.

From the time I walked into the establishment, I felt welcome. The receptionist was very helpful with my insurance changes and was very friendly. The hygienists and dentist were very nice and gentle, especially not being a big fan of going to the dentist. I also brought my teenage daughter in for braces and she loved the different choices she had, it made the transition much more manageable! I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks for all of your kindness!
