McDonald's

I do not recommend anyone to go to this location. I live within a mile from Rural Retreat McDonalds and is there very rarely a time that I make it through without something being wrong. I've had everything from wrong orders to undercooked, pink sausage on the biscuit to hard, crusty eggs on my bacon, egg and cheese. The latter being the problem this evening. The employees are rude, uneducated in their job duties and simply do not care that the customers that are providing their paychecks are, from my experience, appauled by the ongoing discourses happening at this business. I highly recommend dining somewhere else if at all possible or at least thoroughly checking your order before you leave.

My visit there today was very dissatisfying had to wait 10 minutes in drive thru while the car in front of me was waiting for employees to get there order right. I pull up to window they had me my order and it's wrong finally got the right sandwich and fries but drink was wrong, just drove off . This is an on going thing at the Rural Retreat, VA McDonald's I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone .

The food was good, however my wife wanted to go and eat and collect some more MONOPOLY pieces!

When we turned our order in we were suprized to find out that no monopoly pieces were on the large ff and The souther style chicken sandwich. According to the game directions we were supposed to find game pieces on large FF $179 & on Southerb Style CHKN $3.29. We called this to the attention of the mgr' Tonya. She was rather rude to say the least. I called EricCullen at276-228-4181. He said he would call Tonya and she would straighten this out. after 15 minutes I went back in and she said Eric had not called.



My wife and I have stopped and bought many a meal, from this location. But no more. We live ib Atkins, VA. After serving Cedar Bluff Church for 18yrs and 3mo. We both are retired. I now have Parkinson's and cannot talk very plain any more. We had a free coupon for a medium FF, that we would have used, but thought we would order a large ff so we could get a monoply pc.



We were disappoined by the store policy and who kbows we might have won something grand.
