        Abusing the Rating system

        I have been shopping for an electrician and several different shops have ill reviews by "pakins314" and "KizzieDee" They had both reviewed negatively for everybody but TRI STATE ELECTRIC. I have a feeling that there is something amiss here. What are the rules against this?? Don't believe the hype.
