        These people are GREAT they fixed my car in no time The man I think his name was richard he was so polite an nice I had a small problem with my car he said bring it in an I"ll take look at it he did and all he had to do was push my bumper back in place and he did not charge me Think GOD because I had no money until my check come"s in on the 3rd He has restored my faith in man kind the dealership was going charge me 50.00 to fix it from now on I will go to them all the time when some thing is wrong with my car thank"s again you got a customer for life.Collette

        Best customer service! Charlie and Greg are so friendly over the phone and even sweeter in person. Charlie kept me up-to-date on my car's progress. They were so nice to me and were very appreciative for my business. I would highly recommend them to everyone. They dealt with my insurance (USAA) directly and I didn't have to worry about a thing. They even detailed my car before i picked it up. My car looks like it never had an accident! I'm very happy. Plus, they have a work dog, Max, who is in the office and keeps everyone in line! Hee, hee!

        I recently had my car repaired at Nortwest Collision Center . Greg Descent and crew did a marvelous job . Not only did they do a wonderful job of reparing my car but they detailed it as well . The work was completed to my satisfaction as well as on time . . Hugh Maddox ------a very satisfied customer
