Horrible place to go! The salon is discussing. Hair all in the brushes, stylist dont wash their hands. The owner is always on her phone and wont acknowledge you. They only have one way of doing things and doesn't fit to all. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

I have not lived in the area long and saw this salon's website. It looked amazing. I saw a haircut by Kate that I wanted and it resembled a haircut I had in the past. I called and Kate was on maternity leave so they made me see someone else. I asked her if she could do the cut and she said yes. I told her it was very important to me for it to be like the picture I had of my hair from the past because I had upcoming graduation and wedding. I also asked her for highlights that were copper and peeked out from my layers. She barely looked at the picture I showed her. Then, she bleached my hair and then applied toner to it (a $20 extra charge that I did not know about). My hair came out orange!!! Not only that, but the highlights did not even go up to the root! When I told her my hair was a little too orangey she was very hateful with me and acted as if it would be a hassle to fix it so I said well maybe it will look better dry. She then started cutting my hair. She cut it waaaaay shorter than the picture. When it was dried, it almost looked like I had a bowl cut with orange stripes. I was charged so much for that horrible cut and color that I just wanted to cry. She was still hateful, but I did not like my hair. When I got into the car I cried and cried. I knew my hair would not look good for the wedding :(. I called to complain about the color, made an appt. then drove all the way back only for her to dye my hair back to my natural color. She said to put highlights in it would be an additional $50 even though she is the one who messed up and did chunky orange highlights when I wanted thinner copper ones. I have never had such poor customer service. It is now the week of my wedding (3 weeks after the cut) and my hair still looks horrible. I cannot do anything with it because it is so short and has weird layers. At least with the cut I was supposed to have I could put it in a ponytail. And don't get me started on my bangs...........!
