        I don't know who this quack is but how DARE he take advantage of my 88 yr old mother and Brother. Dr. Jose Perez-Becerra I will blast you all over Social Media if you don't think it's important enough to pay my retired Senior Citizen'a hard earned money that you owe her. Because of this Blasted Obama Care eye Insurance! What gives you the right to steal money! You're awful!
