Best Buy

I have purchased from the Ingram location for years and it has been nothing but a pleasure!!! I have purchase mp3's, videos, video games, and much more. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I choose best buy as my electronics store because they have so many wonderful rewards. I just was able to print a $20 certificate because of the free reward zone program. I am sorry for those of you who have had less than pleasurable experience but I dont think its the store that causes that. I believe the management has a lot to do with how the employees are allowed to treat customers, If there is bad customer service then complain.

I recently bought a lap top and the staff in that area was extremely helpful and patiently answered all of my questions before I made my purchase. Apparently they dont work from commission and there was no pressure for additional purchases. It was a great experience for such a high priced item and I would suggest this location if you are thinking of purchasing a lap top.
