        I had my car taken into their shop no less than 6 times to fix an ongoing issue. I finally took it to another shop and when I contacted Bracken, they said they would reimburse me for the expense. Of course, when I presented them the bill, they refused to pay it. Very poor work in 6 different attempts they couldnt fix the problem they created. Bracken Auto Collision should ashamed of their completely dishonest business practices. Save yourself the headache and use a reputable shop. Bracken = FAIL.
