Fantastic Sams

Went there for a trim, this guy hairdresser butchered my hair with a razor sissor...came back to complain the next day, the lady who was a manager, kept me waited for 20 mins and after she was done cutting her customer's hair...walked to the back and then came to me and asked me what I want to complain about!!! She seems to be not interested in wat I was saying and showing no sympathy and I even showed her a pic of my hair taken the day before and she has the gutts to ask me if I have a picture of the back if my hair...I gave her a look and she kept rambling on of stuff that doesn't make any sense at all....she needs to step down as a manager, give that position to someone that do the job....Adout the waiting time that is ridiculous....I will be reporting this shop to Better Business Bureau....I have going there for about 1 yr and this is wat I get....give me your phone number and will call you....so far no calls...so disappointed.
