Overall

This employees don't know how to make a hot mocka , the first one didn't have syrup , no taste at all tasted like hot milk with a drop of coffee. So I drove back and ask for a new one. This kid literally told the Manager He didn't know how to make it. So another employee yield from the main lobby just put syrup whip cream bla bla. This coffee was worst. I ask for the MOD. And she star calling I don't know who and explain that this was the second cup that they made for me. Is money going down the drain. Ok what about my money am out $4.00 and still didn't get coffe got so irritated. I told Her I don't need the money back. Don't make no more coffee. Please You'll need to go to a class. You don't just trough ingredients. Everything has it purpose the amount is very fundamental. I am a cook .

The franchisee who owns this location is an extreme miser, a jerk, and a cheap skate. They used to have a sticker on their drive-thru window that said they would charge additionally for EVERY condiment! I noticed on this particular visit that the sticker had been ripped off , however, that did not prevent the woman working the drive-thru from attempting to charge me an additional .27 for BBQ sauce when I asked for it! Incredible! I remembered how cheap the owner is at this location when I heard her say that. Maybe that's why I haven't been to this location in a very long time. Finally, the people working the drive-thru were rude, obnoxious and confrontational. When I asked the manager why this was the practice, he furled his brow and grumbled about how I could contact their local number posted on the drive-thru window. Amazingly bad and awful customer service that is no doubt fostered and encouraged by the franchisee. Additionally, charging people .27 for things like BBQ is really crappy considering the fact that so many people use credit and debit cards to pay for their meals, and so many folks don't carry cash.

The children's area is beyond filthy. Restroom, absolutely disgusting. I am appalled that this area receives no care and attention.
