My Child's Dentist

BEWARE the staff will conveniently go back on their word. Sebi Castillo the Hospital Coordinator, assured me that my insurance would cover my daughter's dental procedure. We waited in the lobby while he called to get authorization. He came back and told me that they use that hospital because it is cheaper on the clients that don't have insurance, but my insurance covered it, so I could go to any hospital I would like. Then I got the hospital bill. I called the insurance and sure enough it was not covered. I called Sebi and he denied ever saying my insurance would cover the hospital bill. NEVER again will I take my child to their office.

I do not like how they keep you waiting and are always backed up. Scatter brains seem to work here and very disorganized. The environment is ok but not fabulous. Go somewhere else and save yourself a headache!

We have seen Dr. Jeffords &Dr, Offut. They are so paitent and compassionate. Ive been going here for years beccause they are wonderful. My daughter fell and hit a tooth, they had to cap it, they gave me the option of taking her to the hospital or doing it in office, that way she would not be traumatized. we decided on the hospital, when the procedure was done she even called to make sure she was okay, Wonderful pediatric den tist...

Disappointed with her demeanor towards her patients,you know the ones that keep her business,well IN BUSINESS. Very rude. The crowd is a bit on the rough side so that itself was a bit uncomfortable for me. The only reason I had my child's procedure done here was bc it needed to be done ASAP and didn't get the chance to "look around". I said hello and good morning to her a couple of times with absolutely no response and I was completely ignored(while directly looking at her). I DO NOT expect her to befriend me but a little more respect is what I DO expect from a community provider. Second, after she finished her work she passed right past me with absolutely no eye contact and swiftly said that the services were completed."Your child did good."I believe there should be a little more respect as a doctor to her patients that keep her in business.NEVER will I return to her office.I will go down the road into the Stone Oak area where-1.As a patient I will be treated with a little more kindness and respect. 2. The crowd will make me feel a little more at ease.My respect for her has quickly gone down the drain. Why is that important? As a community provider that is exactly what her reputation will become. After all she is above us all ;)

I have a 1 year old son. We had an appointment at 10:30 to see the dentist. We got there at 10:15. At 11:00 I had to ask the front desk when we would be seen. A moment later we were called to the back where we proceeded to wait another half hour. Anyone who has a 1 year old knows how hard it is to keep them entertained for such a lengthy amount of time. When I asked again when we would be seen no one could give me an answer. The lack of service is why I will never go back there. The fact that the staff is so horribly unaware of what is going on in their own office is another reason. I would never recommend this office to anyone who is punctual.

My child is a patient of Dr. Jeffords., She has been her patient for a couple of years now. When I first brougt my child to see her, I thought I was coming in to see just another dentist that was going to rush us in and out of her office like cattle. I mean, who really wants to deal with a scared child and a paroniod mother with a million questions? Well, not only did she answer every question that I had to shoot out at her, but,she did not make me feel rushed nor ignorant for asking her every question.I was given options that were at best interest for my baby . I was offered hospital or sedation, it was MY choice, what was best for MY CHILD. and also allowed to be in the room with her as long as I did not have another child with me at the time of her visit for dental treatment.

Thank You Dr. Jeffords for making ME comfortable in a very scary and uncomfortable place. The dentist office. You have a wonderful front desk,always welcoming .Thank you Liz for your smile when we come into a scary place with our babies . And all the staff for being who you are. My Child's Dentist.
