Tom's Classic Auto Interior

Dealt with Tom over the course of 3 months.

Had them do my driver-side seat cover and headliner.

First off, the shop took longer than Tom said, so I had to leave my truck there while I was on vacay and left the windows down and didn't move it inside like was promised(it was in the same position I left it in). Thank god my wheels weren't stolen...

The reason the shop took so long is b/c they did my full chair instead of just the seat cover that was ripped.

They also messed up the backing so I had to make the 30 min drive from my house to have Tom look at my interior for 10 minutes and have to bring it back AGAIN the next week. Probably made this drive 8 different times...

Headliner - there's a black handprint from when they installed it and they didn't glue down the cables that run to the cabin and brake light so now I can hear them rattle when driving and closing my door.

I'll have to fix it myself, b/c when I brought my truck back to fix missing and wonky stitching, they never got around to fixing the cables. And I was pretty sure they didn't put a new cushion in, and I'm still not 100% sure - still feels the same...

Tom did fix the seat and the stitching - but after dealing with his loose handshake and inattentive shop - I'd never bring a classic car here.

Tom is wonderful, he is very welcoming to your ideas but does let you know if it wont work. He will educate you it what looks best and what will last. He is affordable and stands behind his work. Customer Service is outstanding. Thanks,
