❌DO NOT GO HERE!!!!🚫🚫❌❌Kentrell sold me a 2014 Ford Fiesta that was a rental they bought to sell come to find out and it made sense after that he didn’t want to hand me the car fax just said it only had 2 owners and pointed at that . It broke down on the way home and had to get a new clutch in by Jordan ford( a super professional dealership) Ketrell would never call me back or pick up his phone and John Brown the better than you attitude GM at VW Alamo heights told me its AS IS and that I’m not welcome back on the property .
What a scam !!! This was my daughters 1st car and John & Kentrell knew it .
Dealerships should never sell old rentals but VW Alamo heights does

We bought a used 2008 Prius from this dealership on 1/18/13 that had less than 50k miles on it. We declined the extended warranty, because we knew it would have the 60k mile powertrain warranty, and who would expect a car with less than 50k miles to break down? One of the selling points that made us pay an extra $1000.00 over what we wanted to pay was that "This is a good car that's gone through a 118 point inspection that you won't have to fix" (according to our salesman).
Six days later, on 1/24/13, the car died completely. It took my husband over an hour to get it home, having to drive it for 20 seconds at a time before it would completely die again. My husband called our salesman, who literally told us we were out of luck since we didn't buy the extended warranty. I then called the used sales manager, who told me the same thing (after hanging up on me once). He finally agreed to have it towed to his service department, but said they probably wouldn't be able to fix it, since it's a Prius.
The next day, my husband was so irritated with dealing with the rude sales manager that he called the General Manager, Wes Burke (who is named in some of the replies from VW of Alamo Heights). Wes was very helpful...at the beginning. He told us to have the car towed from New Braunfels to a Toyota dealership in San Antonio (at our expense), and find out if anything could be fixed under warranty.
According to Toyota, none of the problems are under warranty, including the auxiliary battery, which goes out slowly, and which should have been caught by the "118 point inspection" done by the dealership before they sell it. When I called Wes back to let him know that the repairs on our 6-day old car are over $700.00, he told me he was pretty sure he wasn't going to do anything, but he would pull the papers from the sale. After waiting for a call back for an hour, I called constantly for 20 minutes until someone finally answered, and he only agreed to pay 178.00 of the 700.00 repairs.
I am very disappointed with this dealership, their customer service, and their so-called "inspection" that should have, at the very least, caught that the auxiliary battery was going out. I will still be calling their corporate office (Group 1 Automotive, for anyone else who needs to know) to let them know about this dealership's customer service (especially the sales manager who hung up on me).

I was told the cc sport that I was buying was a certified Volkswagen. Turns out I was completely lied to. Not even 6 months after purchasing the vehicle and not even 5,000 miles on the car the check engine light came on. So I took the car to the Alamo Heights dealership to get inspected. A few days later they called me to tell me my car had over $2000 worth of repairs wrong with it, I would have to pay for it and put a deposit down. They said I bought the car as is, even though I was told it was certified and had a 12 months warranty. I asked why I had to put the deposit down they said well we do that sometimes. I said why because I didn't come in here in a suit and I am fighting to get what I was promised. Needless to say I took my car to a local shop that specializes and only works on German cars. Turns out I was completely lied to. The only repair that my car needed was a basic tune up and new ignition coils which was only $300! I will NEVER return to this dealership or recommend them to anyone. They are rude and unprofessional. The general manager couldn't even call me back. We even called corporate and they didn't help us either. Puts a bad taste in your mouth especially since this was the first Volkswagen I have purchased. At least where I work we stand by our services and warranty. Remember it was over $2000 and then I paid $300! The service advisors work off commission. Don't overpay and always follow your gut. If it seems ridiculous it probably is.
