Terrible

Wish I would have read reviews before they came to clean. My 12 year old could have done a better job. Don't waste your money. It's better to do one thing right than do everything terrible.

Untrue reviews by the same person obviously

The 3 reviews below look to be the same person. My assistant and I had a meeting to go over who this could have been and it's either an applicant that went off on Liz for not hiring her and told her she was gonna bash the company, or a female client back in May that we very politely tried to hint to that we couldn't meet her expectations. There was never a client we told we couldn't service in Cibolo! We have around 5 regulars there. Plus we NEVER send 2 girls unless its a very big job or commercial work. You always get 1 cleaner....So ridiculous that people can just go posting false statements online. We service 50-60 residential clients a week on average and we didn't get that way with bad customer service. - Stephanie McElroy

I wish I could give this less than one star. The owner of this company has a terrible attitude. I have called at least 12 times and still no answer. She even started ignoring the phone calls. Careless woman, I'd say.

Unreliable and horrible customer service

I used them once last year and service was pretty good, the only problem was that they sent one housekeeper instead of 2 like I was told so it took double the amount of time . We bought a new house last month and I've been trying to get ahold of someone for a while now. I finally got a reply with no apology on the time they took to get back to me which was by text, not even a call! Then they told me that they don't travel this far out!? I live in cibolo, it's 5 minutes from 1604/35 and they have come out before!? When I asked why and if this was a new policy they didn't even reply. That's not good customer service at all. I tried to use their company again even though I wasn't thrilled with the service and this is how they operate. I'll be using someone else!

Very poor service. It took me 4 phone calls to actually get someone to set up a time for me. Then they didn't show. They are not reliable when you need them. Old ownership was great and she left town. New ownership is lacking.

This company looks to hire out work for their customers that are located in malls across the US and then does not pay th as promised. Our company has waited two months for a check that was suppose to be paid within 25 days of service completion. Still nothing even though emails said the "check is on the way". We have been in the yellow pages for over 27 years and hate to see companies like this profit via unethical methods. Not a trust worthy company.

First of all I told you 30 to 45 days is when corporate cuts checks. More on the 45 day mark. Never 25 days. You were paid at around the 50 day mark. I am very offended that you would write a review bashing my good name because you were paid a few days late. I have around 60 vendors I use state wide, and this as you can see from the date was Dec 27th when everyone is having Christmas break. I told you your check was coming from corporate office, and more than likely things got backed up a few days due to Christmas. I have no desire to keep your $130.00 check.

Loved having a maid for the first time. I didn't know what to expect but I appreciated the maid Lauren getting me caught up on all my cleaning. Everything looked perfect! I have to knock a star off because she was 10 minutes late. I will be requesting her again.

My sister and I both use Stephanie's company and have been for around the last 2 years. She holds high standards for all of her employee's and we trust her company enough to leave a hidden key. She sends us the same cleaner. The service is consistent, and for $65 bucks including laundry you can't beat that. - Rebecca

I was very impressed with Brianna's work from Whirlwind cleaning. She was also very kind to my kids who kept getting in her way. The laundry service they included in for free was a nice little bonus as I wasn't expecting that. I will be using their service again in 2 weeks.
