        Horrible server & food!

        Find a nother spot to eat it was so depressing to eat here server was the worst server i had in my entire eating life... the food tasted so blend ramsey would burn this place down!

        Used to be the best seafood in the bay area.

        Alioto's used to be the best seafood I ever had. But ever since 1999 they have been average. Lunch is is a little bit better than dinner. For dinner I ordered the lobster thermidor hoping it would be the way I remembered it but it was bland and a bit small. The grilled calamari and shrimp for appetizer also disappointed. It was soft and bland. I would not go back. Maybe someday they will be as good as they were in 1998. But for now they are mediocre.

        We always love to come up to the Fisherman's Wharf whenever we visit San Francisco.



        You have to try the fresh crab.. buy two pounds or more.. So tasty.



        Also, a really tasty treat is the clam chowder.

        Everytime we visit the San Francisco area we always have lunch or dinner at Alioto's. The staff is always plesant and the food is also very good.

        Very Disappointing

        Horrible service and over priced. You are paying for the view. If you go, make sure you don't have Shane waiting on you. He was the rudest waiter I have ever had. Nonna Rose, the restaurant below is much better.
