American Steamers

Do yourself a favor and do not use this company. This has been the WORST company I have ever done business with. First of all, the coupon price is not the price at all. They basically tell you when they come out that they are going to put water on the carpet if you use the coupon so they talked me into bumping up the $69.99 to $207.00. Since I was having a party coming up, I went with it.....reluctantly. The guy put extra chemical on the carpet to help me with my traffic areas and the white carpet I had is now yellow. I have made at least 30 calls to the business and finally received a $70.00 refund............not the $207.00 I paid but $70.00!!!! USE ANOTHER COMPANY!!!!

I have no idea why anyone would rate this company anything other then TERRIBLE. They must be related to owners. Here is my story. Received a coupon and called the number. Scheduled the appt between noon-3pm, they showed up at 4pm. Completely different company. Invoice said "Carpet Steamers". First thing they did was do a "test clean", which resulted in the need to do a deep cleaning at 5x the coupon rate. I was at work so my wife called me. I told her to throw them out (bait and switch). Unfortunately, after my conversation, they keep the hard sell on my wife until she agreed to do a single room for $100. Stay clear of these scammers. All American Steamers 800-xxx-0737 or Carpet Steamers 866-xxx-7539. I would give zero stars, but it wouldn't let me.

I recently received an All American Steamers coupon in the mail and decided to try them. At first I was a little hesitant since I've never heard of the company before but I really needed to get the carpets cleaned before a party I was having. The prices also looked very tempting so I decided to give them a call. The guy came the following Friday (the day before the big party). As soon as the guy came to my house, I showed him the rooms I wanted cleaned. I pointed out an area that I needed him to concentrate a little more on because someone had spilled a cup of coffee and I had tried everything in my power to get the stain up by myself but I was unsuccessful. The guy did an amazing job. The carpets looked great and the coffee stain was completely gone! The following day I got a lot of compliments from my party guests. Thanks All American Steamers for making my carpets look wonderful.
