Great food! The atmosphere is beautiful and once you've eaten your fill, you can walk it off wandering around Santana Row. Great all around!

Amber India, located in San Jose, Calif., is a dine-in restaurant serving regional northern Indian cuisine, including a-la-carte and buffet lunch and dinner menus, cocktails and desserts. The restaurant prepares more than 15 traditional Indian dishes using local ingredients and herbs and spices, served in brass vessels. It offers a variety of salads, entrees of fresh vegetables, meats and seafood and a large selection of homemade Indian breads. Amber India also caters to corporate events and large group parties in its meeting room, offering a slide projector and serving a chef-special menu.
