The Boiling Crab

I came here with a couple of friends today -- with one being a Boiling Crab pro who knew exactly what and how to order.The table is covered by a large sheet of wax paper and food is placed directly on the plastic bag. I guess they save money by reducing usage of plates? For example, if you order shrimp, the food is brought to your table in bags. Everyone digs into the bag and grabs a shrimp. As the shrimp arrives in full form, you then proceed to rip of the head and peel away the shell. I think is so interesting .

Generally, I like the food and the atmosphere except one thing... the wait. There is not a time when I've gone where I've had to wait no less than 30 minutes. The food is good, but 30 minutes feels like an eternity when you're starving and craving crawdads.
