Derichebourg Recycling USA

I've been using CFF/Derichebourg for almost a year for my recycling. I've never had an issue nor have I felt like I was being cheated.

My husband took in an undetermined weight in copper. He is 250 and is able to carry alot of weight and was barely able to pick up the large amount of copper. When he handed it in to be weighed the "scales" told them it was 66lbs. By the time he looked at the paperwork it was a done deal and he was given far less than he deserved. Being new to recycling he just left and figured there was nothing else for him to do. She also stated that copper prices went way down.. that could be true... but the weight I KNOW TO BE A LIE!
