Electric City Taxi

Awful cab service!!!! Rude on the phone then when they didnt show up on time they said we missed the cab when she was outside waiting the whole time!!! And there poor service caused my girlfriend to be written up at work for being late!!! ZERO STARS IN OUR BOOK!!!!!

Too bad you can’t give 0 stars! These guys flat out suck!!!!!! You will wait an hour for a car if you call them so if you are headed to work or have an important meeting or appointment you are screwed before you even put your passcode in to open your phone! Not to mention after they show up late you end up in a car full of other passengers with no idea what’s going on either. A 5 minute trip turns into an hour for no apparent reason and you end up with a migraine!! Just save yourself the hassle. If this is the last car service available just walk. You’ll get there faster and happier.

They are the worst I do t mind sharing a cab but when it's filled with smoke for cigs that's crazy. What about the fares that don't smoke? Not very professional.

Im very sorry that this review is what it is but , tonight at 10:27 pm at Capital Living Rehab in Schenectady Taxi cab # 505 was parked blocking the drive way entrance of the premises and i was blowing my horn blinking my light for her to pull up so i can pass my wife whom i was dropping to work ask her to please pull up so i can get through the driver started cursing her out so i got out my car and at the same time her passenger got in i had knock her window to and ask if she own the roadway because I've been waiting to get through her response was that I'm waiting on my customer and was very rude and disrespectful and hope that the owner of this company knows who he has representing his cab service an from tonight as a driver point of view i would never call electric taxi service for a cab thank you

They are thieves they refuse to give me a refund for services not rendered, I pay off my car for a cab after waiting for a long period I call back asked when was the cab coming she hung up on me, refused to send a cab or give me my entire money back, she wanted to charge me 9 bucks to have someone bring me my 10 bucks. They are crazy thieving ass people stealing my hard earned $10, I gotta work a half hour to make that 10 I don't have it to give away

They are very flexible, professional, and kind. Just a little miscommunication on my end initially. I didn't understand that protocol required one hour early pick up. However they have been very accommodating about it with me. Super happy I stayed :)

after waiting over 45minutes for a cab, pregnant and already late for my Dr appointment, the cab driver told me that he will have to drop off the person in his car first, pick up someone else, then take me to my Dr appointment. As I objected saying that I'm already late for my appointment, the cap driver stopped and told me I can get out of his car, in which I did.

I called to try and get a cab and the operator, so woman gave me a stank attitude when i was asking for the basic information. I just hung up, never again. I would not recommend this taxi service. They should learn to respect the customer.

Gary is a great guy, always friendly, and is always prompt with his service! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a Taxi in the Capital area!!
