Upstate Private Transport Service

Arrived on time, pleasant conversation with the driver. Dropped me off at Metro Ford.

I would definitely use this service again.

Me: “Could I ask about your service?”
Him: “No. Not now. We on the field”
Could have been politer. If you’re with a customer, you don’t have to answer and I can leave a msg. It just caught me off guard, and was just really rude and unexpected. I don’t think I’ll call back.

Everytime we have needed them for a ride home from the grocery store they have been there for us. We actually started using them one time when the "big" taxi company in town made us wait almost 45 minutes and never showed up. Then Upstate PT pulled into the parking lot and was available. We have been calling them ever since. Awesome father & son team.
