Market Street Kitchen

We live in Scottsdale and are fortunate to have so many great restaurants to choose from. Market Street Kitchen is in a great location, has a fun atmosphere and good food. The problem is with the poor management. You can't blame hard working wait staff when it is the management who runs such a disorganized operation.
Multiple times lately, you will wait 15-20 minutes to have your drink order delivered, which is often wrong, resulting in another long wait. Your waiter will take your order, but, as with the drink order, others will deliver, not knowing who ordered what and sadly...something will always be wrong. At lease the staff is very apologetic, something that unfortunately must be a common practice.
After another night of poor service (not the result of our waiter) we asked to speak to the manager, not to bitch, but to share our experience for constructive purposes. The waiter assured us that the manager (Sam) would be right out. We waited for 20 minutes and a very embarrassed waiter again apologized at which time we left.
A shame to see a restaurant with so much going for it be so horribly managed...glad I'm not the owner or investor.
