Commercial and business law practice: * Represented debtors and creditors in all phases of Chapter 7, 11 and 13 cases, and in state court receiverships (including being appointed a court receiver). Previously a member of the Chapter 7 Trustee's Panel for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, where I was an active bankruptcy trustee for 10 years in over 1,000 cases before the Court. I have litigated dozens of cases before the bankruptcy court, and represented dozens of companies in reorganization plans before the court * High level of interest in computers and technology matters. Represented for many years, as general counsel, InterSoft Software, Inc.
