        Took 3 times for them to come out and fix my A.C. unit in the middle of summer. Each prior time they said they had fixed, they finally found the issue but never came back to replace the part, it cost us an $800 electric bill in the summer. The office is very polite and good to work with, just the actual techs are awful.
