EVERY SINGLE time i go there they screw up my latte. EVERY SINGLE TIME. its like throwing $4 down the drain. How hard is it to actually put the espresso in the latte. And forget about the mocha they forget EVERY SINGLE friggin time.

I have repeatedly been disappointed with my purchases and service at this location. I live in the area, and it is convenient to have this location so close, so occasionally I will stop by on my way to work (despite my intuition) only to be disappointed every time. Most recently, on January 3rd, I stopped by to order a small iced coffee with a little bit of skim and a little bit of liquid sugar. This location ALWAYS put so much milk or cream in, to the point of it being unbearable. I emphasized "A LITTLE bit of the skim and sugar," and received a coffee that was extremely light and was completely overpowered by the taste of liquid sugar. It was undrinkable. Prior to this experience, I ordered the same coffee, only to receive a coffee full of cream. I walked in to complain, where the manager gave me such an attitude, claiming that their customers prefer light roast, and if I want "dark roast" I needed to specify. I am so sick of the consistently careless service and sloppy products.
