This has been the worst renting experience, ever. I was given false information several times and the property I am living in is a piece of trash, especially for what we pay. Sigh. I'm over it.

I do NOT and NEVER would rent from this guy. I'm am writing this to let others know that what these people are saying is completely true! Do another search and you will find complaint after complaint on these people. The only ones giving a positive review are either friends with this guy or his employees writing them.

I lived across the street for 12 years and never once saw anyone come to fix anything. Not one thing until these people would move out. I became friends with many over the years and I can tell you I have been inside and I have seen with my own eyes, mold, bugs coming in from the mold and mildew. Dangerous balconies ready to collapse and not be fixed. Stairs broken and old carpet that was never replaced and on and on and on. Do NOT rent from this slumlord. The rent keeps going up but nothing gets repaired. It might look all shiny and new until you've been there for a month or so. Or until you need something fixed. But the worse is the mold. Read all the reviews and there are a ton of them on the net. All these people talk about the mold and thinks not being fixed. A lot of these people have small kids. My friends were one of them. No matter how much they called and complained it was never fixed. This company is slum and ran by a slumlord!

My husband and I tried to apply to rent in one of their duplexes. The first appointment we had was rescheduled due to snow and rescheduled for that following monday. I show up and the lady walks outside and says the place was just rented and one just a few duplexes down is available. I go look at it. The next day my husband and I go to the office to apply and they tell us both places have been rented but they may deny one app. They run our background checks, tell us we have outstanding credit and will get back to us the next day. Get the call and was told they accepted the first app. I asked about other property coming up for rent and the lady said there wasn't going to be anymore after she told me the previous day that there was property we would really like in shawnee. Now a week later, I see both duplexes available for rent on craigslist.

These are the worst people to rent from!!!!! They dont fix anything unless the inspector makes them fix it. Their places have bugs and they blame it on you ...... Horrible careless people in the office !!

Crooks - Slum Loards - DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE - I lived there for 4 and a half years - roof leaked the entire time - call after call, nothing got done - asked them to fix their screen door, so they just removed it - and you would have to complain several times to get them to come out at all. went to move out and they made up things to steal my deposit money from me - carpet was old and worn out when I moved in and after 4 years they charged me to replace it - charged me to replace the lock on the front, even though all keys were turned in - charged me to remove a play set that was in the back yard when I moved in - I repainted the living room because after 4 years of the land lord doing nothing to maintain the property, It was terrible and needed done - they charged me for it. they promised the driveway be replaced the spring after I moved in - it was never done - DO NOT RENT FROM THESE CROOKS - Also - you can see my BBB report I filed at BBB.ORG - which they never settled - if I could mark 0 stars I would. -

Awful. I don't even know where to begin. Terrible, utterly heartless management, slow and sloppy maintenance. NO emergency maintenance. Carpet?! in kitchens and bathrooms. Barely legal (if at all) business practices. Stay away!!! Whomever gave this company two five star ratings are obviously have a vested interest in this company. Ignore them. They are simply trying to increase their total star rating. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!. You will be sorry.

These people are not slumlords those people on craigslist saying you have to send money to Africa are. These people care about their tenants and they care about their properties my family have done buisness with them for over fifteen years so rent from them I promise they are not slumlords.

We have been doing business with Gary for 20 years and he has always done a good job for us. Sometimes landlords do not. Want to put money back into their properties which is a shame. Gary has always kept our properties up to date so we don't get surprises and our clients are treated fairly.
