Terrible service. Not even busy yet soo slow! Food was not how we ordered. Third visit and still terrible. Never going back! Would give a negative rating if possible.
The food and service was horrible. The waiter acted like she was on speed or something. She passed our table several times running. The kitchen staff was very loud shouting and arguing. The chips were crumbs, my entree wasn't what I'd ordered and when they called themselves fixing it it was still wrong! The kitchen was nasty, food all on the floor and a mess! I will do Chilli's at the Bossier location from now on!

We sat at the table for two hours before they decided to get the manager for us.The little one was so hungry she was crying.I felt like crying. I was a server at Olive Garden for ten years I have never seen this bad of service..This was my Birthday dinner.I didn't even eat my chicken it tasted boiled and flavorless!! I tried to tell the waitress by handing her the box,she thought I was trying to get something for free..No Maam! I don't do that I paid anyway..This place owes me an apology!!

ISoon as I walked in I notice how dirty it looked the floors the seats the windows ect.need updateing.remod.the wattress was not polite whole area no one there she stated I sm having a good day so ill go a head an let you sit there no greeted my husband in I,so we,sat down .the seat was broke we recevied appertizer at the same time main corsres

Provided by Superpagesmy experienca at chilis was horrible I visited there november 6,2010., and the door greeter was very rude. As I begin to walk in i was not greeted. All she told me was 15 mintues. I then gegin to wait. In about 10 minutes my hostess came and said aint the buzzer goin off, I then follwed her to my table and ask for the manager. I then spoke with him and he apologized. Being my first time there I would not returen or recommend anyone eat there.
