Farmers Seafood Mart

I took a video of one of the Farmers Seafood Co. Trucks they haul fish in and the video was the truck sitting in the sun in horseshoe casino parking lot for over an hour. The refrigeration system seemed to be running but I know that fish is freshest when it gets to its destination quick. The temperature will rise where the fish are stored in the refrigeration part of the truck because it is April and it is humid and I would not trust eating farmers seafood co. Fish!!!!

I purchased 4 lbs of buffalo rib sides and they put ice in the bag . I got them home and weighed them and I only had 2 lbs. I think the guy that cut them up , hold some back. When I poured them in the sink, my husband said that doesn't look like 4 lbs . It didn't to me either. I think the fish should be weighed before and after its been cut up before they add the ice. That's a shame everywhere you go , people are not honest. Everyone is out to jip you. If I go there again, I will demand to have it weighed after its cut up.
