The dispatcher for this cab service is an a**hole. Every time myself, my husband, or friends have called for a cab he is rude, sounds unwilling to help, just all around completely annoyed that we're even calling. And you can tell when he takes the phone off the hook. "24 hour service" The women however I have spoken with are very nice.
