On a Sunday night at 10:00, my puppy received an electrical shock from a power cord and being a new dog owner, you can imagine how worried both my husband and I were about this. After quickly looking up the severity and possible home solutions to this problem, I decided to seek professional advice. This vet happened to be the one on-call for emergencies. When I reached him, told him what happened and asked his advice, he proceeded to give sarcastic remarks: "Well, yeah, he was shocked" and "Well there's nothing I can do about it", along with other condescending comments. I did not go to veterinary school; sorry for my stupidity. My advice: I would never go to a vet hospital with such rude service.

Dr. Steve & Staff are so awesome. Very polite & professional. We called on Monday & got appointment for our Mini-Yorkie the very next day. Dr. Steve is so thorough on his diagnosis & care. We took the recommendation of a neighbor to take our two dogs in for earmites. They were very freindly, to the point and delt with both dogs in two appointments for the charge of medication and one office call for the whole situation ....no unnecessary tests just to the problem at hand.

Very caring doctor and staff. Excellent location...very easy to get to! Clean and fresh enviroment. My animals even love going there.
