Sears Optical

Beware of this shop!!! It ain't your Daddy's Sears anymore. After having my car serviced at Sears, I had to take it to another shop to get the job done right. Bottom line: Sears did not perform the service I paid for. I had to pay twice. I returned to Sears with receipts in hand asked for a refund, and was harassed by the auto center manager. No refund or credit was given. If you take your car there, watch these guys closely because it could happen to you too. They might have nice clean uniforms, but if you so much as suspect a problem, take your car back FAST! Better yet, my opinion is that you would be better served by taking your car somewhere else instead. And note that as of June 23, 2011, Wall Street analysts are predicting that Sears is going to go belly up. So you might want to watch those warranties as well.
