While I can't directly speak to their carpet cleaning abilities, this company was kind enough to forward an important business package which Vistaprint mistakenly sent to them instead of my office. They spent their time and resources to help me out, even though we've never met. I'd say that certainly says something about their level of personal care, integrity, and friendliness.
