Negative! I came here for allergy testing for my 9yr old, and the lady that attended us was very rude & disrespectful. She started by saying, "Let's hurry this up so I can go take my lunch!", while she pointed at the chair. Not only did she have to stab my child more than once, she also yelled at her for not staying still and roughly pulled her arm. I tried calming my now crying child but she cont to be rude & at one point literally GRABBED MY CHILD'S FACE & TURNED HER HEAD TO ME AND AWAY FROM THE ARM saying strongly, "LOOK AT YOUR MOM!!!" I was in total shock and before I could even respond she stuck her and drew her blood finally. Although children can cry and be "scared" of needles, giving an attitude, and getting PHYSICAL DOES NOT HELP AND IS UNACCEPTABLE!! I am disgusted and in total shock of the treatment we recieved at this location!! I am currently in communications with Quest, Soltas Lab Partners.
