John saved the day once again! Our icemaker on our Whirlpool refrigerator/freezer ceased to function. Called him last night and he booked the appointment for today. Came ready with a replacement icemaker just in case it was needed, and it was. He quickly replaced the unit and we are back in business. I can't say enough good things about his expertise and service response. Thank you John!

John was out here in about 20 minutes and had our icemaker fixed in less than an hour after explaining just how it works and what was wrong with it. Very friendly and knowledgeable!!!

John came right out; in less time than he estimated. He went right to work assessing the condition of my freezer. The unit was beyond repair. Disassembly of the inside of the freezer and reassembly took about 10 minutes. He was efficient and right to the point. I would call him again if necessary.
