On a few occasions my bed would not start I wanted to ask the front desk to restart it but they’re too busy talking in another room. Not happy with the service especially since I pay for the better quality beds. I shouldn’t have to remind them that often to start the bed.

although this place is a little bit more expensive than the place i use to go to, it's definitely worth it! the bulbs are great because you get tan so much faster than those other tanning places. i'll definitely be tanning here in the future!

I recently visted Tommy's Tanning @ in Southington and was dissappointed. I only use standup units for hygiene purposes and 90% of their units were laydowns. I also noticed that their prices were outrageous for the limited number of bulbs for each unit which directly dictates tanning strength. I'm not the type of person who wants to wait 15 mins or more in a booth for only meager results. I found the staff was not very knowlegeable when I inquired about choosing a lotion especially since I have psorasis and very sensitive skin. I would not recommend .
