        Great Place

        This is the best place to get your hair and nails done. It may not look like a hip place from the out side but in side is great. It the only place that i can go to get my hair done.Janet listen to me about it what i want.she has me always checking if i like it. Ange does my nails. She speaks English and knows what she is doing. my nails last longer and never start to come off. If I break one or a few they fix it for free. it is now the only place i will go

        Cartel is one hot beauty salon. The "girls" that work there are very sensitive to improving the looks of the client, while taking into consideration the wishes of the client.
