Nelson's Towing, Repair & Auto Body

Please save your money and do not use these guys. They will do anything to charge you more. Got charged $80.00 one day and got towed to the wrong place. Then to take it to the right place charged an additional $140.00. WRONG!!!! Couldn't even cut the lift charge.

I have never gotten service from Nelsons, but I had a bad experience in a grocery store parking lot with a technician today. I am only making this review because he upset me so much. Both of us were backing out of a parking spot at the same time, he saw me first and laid on his horn for a good 5 seconds, I then pulled forward to let him out. Instead of driving away and letting it go like a normal person, be got out of his truck and violentally scraped the remaining snow off my car. I exited my vehicle to find a large, intimidating man telling me I should clean the snow off my car better. I asked him nicely multiple times to not touch my car and the appropriate thing to do would be to ask me to remove the snow myself... he continued to argue with me and say "I didn't touch your car." Finally I told him to not touch my #@$%ing car.. and he turned around and walked back to his truck in a huff, pulling out of the parking lot in a reckless fashion.

As an operations manager at a service related company with technicians, I know for a fact my team would never disrespect and intimidate an individual like I was today.

You would have to be a complete moron to treat someone like that while wearing a Nelson uniform and driving a Nelson tow truck.

Get set up to have a vehicle towed before 4pm. Never heard from them. Finally called at 2 and was told someone would be there before 4. The person they had coming didn't know where they were going.. sat waiting for over an hour for them to show up.

Towed my daughter's car and cost $300 two hours later to get it back. There was no tow signs from where it was towed and it was only there a few hours. It was also not illegally parked. The sad thing about this whole fiasco is that we were a customers of Nelson's and gave them business just 6 months ago to repair this very car after an accident. Never again will I use this facility nor will I recommend it again. One happy customer tells a few people. One Unhappy customer tells many many more.

I was in a very bad accident. My car was not drivable. Someone called Nelson's. I was taken to the hospital. All my belongings were left safe and untouched, even my purse. Every thing from working with my insurance company to working with my family members was taken care of. This is a great local business to work with.
