Founded in 1978 by Tom and E-Ming Liu, Peking North Restaurant & Lounge is a full-service eating establishment that offers a range of food items. It offers a range of appetizers, entrees, salads, soups and sandwiches. The restaurant s menu includes pork tenderloin, fried rice, meatballs, egg rolls and fried prawns. It also serves pork noodles, pea pod beef, sesame chicken, noodle soup and shrimp with cashew nuts. The restaurant s lounge can accommodate up to 300 guests. It manages a staff of chefs, servers and support personnel. Located in Spokane, Wash., Peking North Restaurant & Lounge additionally organizes DJs and music concerts.
