        The face of a town with great dining always includes a good sushi restaurant. Suki Yaki Inn is one such in Spokane,Wa.
        Annie the proprietor is happy to share her knowledge of sashimi and makes several types of maki rolls. I would recommend the "Bean" japanese icecream for dessert made fresh in Seattle.

        I always looked forward to a Sashimi Platter in the Bar, with Salmon Roe Sushi for dessert. Excellent. You can even use silverware if you prefer.

        A local favorite of mine

        I love being able to sit American-style and yet look like your legs are crossed at the tables in the booths. The booths are nice because they make it easy to hear one's dinner partner.
