Swansons Refrigeration

Terry and his crew are the most knowledgeable and helpful refrigeration team I've ever worked with. I own a C-store, Bar & Restaurant. HVAC is always a challenge. They have gone far above my expectations over the last 12 years. I am grateful for their performance and advice. I drive 100 miles roundtrip to take my equipment there...It has been a good investment. Most residential customers are ignorant of the time constraints and workload once the temperature goes up and the HVAC goes off. We all want prompt service, but I NEED the service to be the best available. Swanson's is the BEST in the business.

0 STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! After 5 years of being a customer of this company I scheduled a appointment for service. They said between 8:30 and 9 oclock when they showed up an 1 1/2 hours late. I talked to the manager Brian. I stated that I would appriciate in the future if they would honor the appointment time. I was told " I dont have time for you find someone else and hung up on me. This is how I was treated as a return customer. Im sorry that I inconvenienced you with my customer sevice problem.
